Welcome to TMRWPLANT. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tmrwplant.com and the services provided through our online store (the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Services.  

1.Online Store Terms

  • Platform: Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. 

  • Age Requirement: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.  

  • Compliance: You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to New York state copyright laws).

  • Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

  • Modifications: We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.  

3.Taxes and Shipping 

Advertised prices do not include sales tax or shipping and handling charges. These charges will be calculated based on your shipping destination and added to your total at checkout before you complete your purchase. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and shipping costs associated with your order.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.  We reserve the right to refuse service for legitimate business reasons, such as suspected fraud or violation of these Terms. We do not discriminate or retaliate against users for exercising their legal privacy rights.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

  • External Content: Our store may contain links to third-party websites (such as Instagram or Facebook) that are not affiliated with us.  

  • No Liability: We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
