The Making Process

How are your pots made?

Every pot is designed and individually 3D printed in-house using premium, bio-based PLA.

Are the outer pots completely waterproof?

Yes. While 3D prints can sometimes be porous, our outer pots are engineered and tested to ensure they are entirely watertight, safely holding water for self-watering setups without leaking.

Why does my pot have subtle texture or minor lines?

Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface variations occur. These are not defects; they are a natural characteristic of the digital fabrication process and give each piece its unique identity.

Is the material safe for my plants?

Absolutely. We use a premium PLA derived from renewable resources like cornstarch. It is completely non-toxic and safe for delicate roots, corms, and beneficial soil microbes.

Can I use these pots outdoors or put them in the dishwasher?

Our plant ware is strictly for indoor use and is hand-wash only. To prevent the material from softening, keep pots away from radiators, out of the dishwasher, and avoid intense, direct outdoor heat.

Will the colors fade over time?

Not under normal indoor conditions. We use premium filaments to ensure your setup stays vibrant. However, constant, close exposure to powerful grow lights or intense sunlight can slowly dull colors over time. Keeping your setup slightly away from the light or rotating it occasionally will preserve the color.

Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship from and to?

We ship directly from New York. Currently, we only ship to physical addresses within the United States. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

When will my order ship?

Because TMRWPLANT is a one-man operation with pre-printed inventory, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. You will receive a tracking confirmation email the moment it is on its way.

When do you restock items that are out of stock?

We release items in small, curated batches rather than printing to order. Inventory is updated periodically as new sets are ready to ship. To catch the next drop, follow our updates on Instagram @tmrwplant.

Do you take pre-orders or custom requests?

We primarily operate on a batch drop system. However, if capacity allows, we will gladly accommodate a custom run or take a pre-order for you. Reach out via our contact page with your request to check current availability.

What is your approach to packaging?

To reduce waste and cut down on costs, we often reuse boxes and other packing materials for your orders. As a result, your package may look a bit different every time, but rest assured your items will always be packed securely.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final, but your experience is incredibly important to us. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us the same day they arrive with a photo of the package and its contents, and we will make it right.
